Luxurious apartment for rent: It contains a kitchen, a living room and dining area, one bath and a wardrobe closet. The apartment is located in Benalmadena, Malaga. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa that opens up into a double bed (the apartment sleeps 4 comfortably). The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking stove, eating and cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, broiler, teakettle and coffee percolator. The apartment has balcony and an incredible view of the sea. The building is located next to the Paloma Park and is in a front line to the beach. It is close to many stores, bar restaurants and a host of other amenities that are all within walking distance. The complex has multiple swimming pools with huge slides, a fantastic garden, supermarket, indoor gym, 24-hour reception, cafeteria and an air-conditioned bar. There is a community parking lot and plenty of "on street parking" nearby. Benal Beach is one of the biggest holiday resorts in Benalmadena. Next to the resort is the famous Paloma Park that contains a waterfall and a small lake with a high gushing waterspout. The park is also a miniature zoo with a wide variety of bird. There are many other things to do and see in the area. There is a dolphin aquarium at the rear of the apartment complex that presents a live and entertaining dolphin show; Tivoli world amusement park is a 10-minute walk away with many rides for the kids; next to the Tivoli world is a cable car which takes you to the top of the mountain and has a magnificent view of the whole coast. Benal Beach is indeed a self contained community. The city looks new, fresh, and clean. |
